Delivery conditions

These delivery conditions apply for dispatch worldwide.The Poweriser® will be delivered by parcel post direct to your door. We bear the full transport risk as far as your door. If the goods are damaged, we will provide free replacement. Orders placed over the Internet will be delivered as a rule within approx. 1-2 weeks following receipt of the order (depending on stocks). Our sales prices are gross prices, exclusive of cash-on-delivery charges and dispatch costs. We reserve the right to make changes with regard to the external appearance.

Important note!!! Due to patent reasons this product is shipped worldwide excluded France, Spain, Italy, USA and Great Britain. To buy the goods in these countries please contact the local & licensed Poweriser distributors there.

Your right of return

If you return the goods within 14 days of receipt, stating your account number, we will refund the purchase price in full.
In order to observe this period, it is sufficient if you return the goods to us in time. The corresponding date will be determined by the postmark.
Goods are returned at the risk of POL-Planet.
The right of return does not cover used or damaged goods.

1. Guarantee

We guarantee that the products supplied are free of faults. If faulty goods are delivered, despite our quality assurance system, we will rectify the fault immediately. We guarantee this up to two years following the date of purchase. We will also pay the postage costs incurred. The above guarantee conditions apply only to Germany. Terms & conditions.

2. Warranty

The warranty comes into effect in any components demonstrate manufacturing faults. Manufacturing faults are faults which impair the safety and function of the Poweriser®.
Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

3. Replacement parts

Replacement parts are excluded from the guarantee. These include:

  1. the springs
  2. the soles (tread surface)
  3. the bearing bushes
  4. the rubber feet

Note: the replacement parts all become worn during use.

4. Reporting guarantee claims

Manufacturing faults must be reported to us within the guarantee period. The report must be made in such a way as to allow us to check its accuracy (i.e. in writing and with photos or return of the faulty article).

5. Acceptance of the report

The claim will be accepted under the guarantee, if after checking the report, a guarantee case exists in the sense of Articles 2 to 4.

6. Performance

If the guarantee claim is accepted, we will rectify the fault free of charge. We will also pay the dispatch costs incurred.
